The best cpr class I have had

Training was thorough, engaging, and enjoyable. The trainers were pleasant and knowledgeable - taking time to answer all questions and providing the not just the "how" but the "why". We had ample time to practice the techniques and left feeling confident to administer CPR and AED should the need arise.

She was very informative on the subject of CPR. She answered all our questions. And she kept it entertaining enough that no one fell asleep. Good job.

We just had our CPR training for our school and they were really wonderful. They were thorough and knowledgeable, and it was very entertaining. It was the first time I felt really engaged by a CPR training.

I attended a First Aid/CPR class at work. It was the best class I have ever attended. It was very informative and well taught.

I attended a class for my recertification in CPR/FIRST AID and Tina was one of the best in all of the years I've been taking the class. She was very thorough and made it easy to understand.

I felt the hybrid learning was fantastic. The on line training was written well so you were able to remember it for the face to face training. Tina was GREAT! We had 10 people in our training class yet she made sure each one of use were comfortable and knowledgeable about CPR and AEDs. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is serious about wanting to learn CPR and possibly making a difference in someone's life.

I am on the Board of the Whitehall Active Community Center (aka Whitehall Senior Center). We have been established for 5 years but just recently were able to purchase an AED Plus. We were extremely happy with the timely manner the AED was delivered as well as the training we received. It seems like a really easy piece of equipment to use as it talks you through the procedure. We have been blessed not to have used it is a real situation, but feel comfortable that if we do need to use it, all of us trained will have no difficulty.

Scheduling the First Aid/CPR (Adult & Pediatric)/AED Training for my coaches at Steel City Parkour (Export, PA) was a breeze with Yuliya. Everything about scheduling a class was explained well and easy to understand. The pricing is reasonable. The trainer, Tina, was fantastic. She was very personable and made everyone in the class feel at ease. My coaches feel comfortable and confident they can respond to various emergencies with the knowledge they gained from this class. Square One Medical is an excellent company to work with for this type of training. Plus, the keychain CPR facemasks are amazing. I highly recommend the class and the keychains.

Square One keeps us up to date as to when our products are going to expire, sends us replacements, and offers updates for our team. The CPR/AED instructors are not only very professional, but offers the education in a manner that engages the team. They are a pleasure to work with.

My company recently contracted SquareOne to facilitate FirstAid/CPR/AED training. We were very pleased with the flexibility and ease of scheduling. Additionally, our instructor was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She knew the audience and was able to focus the training in on topics more related to our business.

The company I work for has to have first responders certified in CPR/First Aid and AED every 2 years. Working with Square One Medical was a walk in the park!! Yuliya was quick to respond and very helpful. She had us set up with in a timely matter and we were under instruction of Kelley. She was fabulous! She made the class fun and the feedback I got from employees was great! They told me they took away more knowledge from her class than any other class they have done in the past! Great Experience—We had two classes, back to back and Jeremy did a great job! He was very informative and connected well with the classes. Jeremy was able to answer all the questions people had. There was a ton of positive feedback from people who participated!

Great Class! —Our trainer was amazing and made the course fun. He answered questions for my staff and tailored his talking points to our profession. We will definitely be using Square One in the future!

CPR-AED Class—Yuliya conducted a CPR-AED seminar at our facility yesterday and she was very informative, thorough, and prepared. Most of our group had not had CPR/AED training in 10+ years and we were not comfortable performing the task should a situation arise at the start of the course. Through her thorough review, and the hands on experience, by the end of the class, everyone agreed that they would now feel comfortable to assist should they find themselves needing to provide aid to an individual. Would highly recommend!

Great Class—Our company held a CPR/First Aid/AED training class recently and everyone really felt they learned a lot. Everyone also stated they would feel confident to be asked to lead the first aid team should anyone need emergency care until first respondents arrive. Our instructor Yuliya was great. She made class fun while delivering a lot of info in a short time.

Supervisor, Children Services at Lifesteps Butler Center—I was first certified in CPR and First Aid when I was 18 years old and I have been renewing my certification every two years since then and I am now 49 years old. So I have had many teachers and have taken the class in many different locations and settings. I recently renewed my CPR and Pedfacts and Yuliya Matthews was the instructor. She was excellent. We had the class in our child care classroom. All of the students were teachers. She made the 4 hour training very hands on, and interesting. She engaged all of us in conversation related to our child care setting. I really thought that she was FANTASTIC!!!!!

Safety Manager - We had a great experience in our CPR AED/First Aid class. We had nine employees from different departments attend. Our instructor, Yuliya was very knowledgeable, thorough and a great presenter. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in CPR AED/First Aid and Safety. The AED was another topic covered thoroughly with hands on training, The AED was new to most of us.

CPR/AED Training - Yuliya is an excellent instructor she is very thorough and informative she answered all our questions with ease. I heard all positive comments on the class and everyone felt very comfortable with the way she interacted with each individual. All in the class stated they do feel confident that can perform in an emergency situation based on the training she provided. This was the second class we attended from Yuliya and I can guarantee we will call on her in two years for our re-certification. It's not too often you hear folks say that they enjoyed the training but that's all I heard from this class.....Thanks & Great Job Yuliya !

First Aid/CPR Classes - Yuliya was a great instructor, I heard many positive comments from employees and our consultants that attended the training. She will be invited back next year for sure.

Infant/Adult CPR - Yulia was so kind and encouraging. I really feel like a learned a lot. Loved the hands on training because I’m someone who only remembers something if I physically do it myself!

I thought Yuliya was a great trainer, and the training itself was high quality. It was a good mix of verbal instruction, hand-on learning, and videos. Would recommend hiring them again.

I attended the HSI Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AES Class conducted by Tina Fuent this weekend. She was thorough and professional but also very friendly and informative. It was well worth the time spent. I learned a lot and glad I attended this class.

CPR/First Aid - Yuliya did a wonderful job of keeping people engaged. You had time to sit and learn but then you were up and moving. She was very thorough. It's a talent to be able to keep people's attention for that long of a period of time, but it flew by.

One of the best! - Yuliya recently trained all of our direct staff in CPR/First Aid/AED. All of our staff have been certified in the past and have been through other CPR trainings with other trainers. They all knew the importance of getting re-certified, but were not overly excited about going to another CPR training. However, after it was over, so many of them remarked about how good the training was. Yuliya made a 4 hour training interesting and informative - even for those of us who have attended other CPR training year after year! Well Done!

Excellent Class! - Yuliya from Square One Medical taught our class very early on a Saturday morning. Yuliya kept everyone actively involved. We learned how to use our AED while performing CPR, as well as an interesting lesson in First Aid. She will be back to teach our next class!

Engaging Trainer - Yuliya from Square One Medical recently conducted a CPR/First Aid training for our company. Throughout the entire four hours she was engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and kept everyone's attention. I received nothing but positive feedback from the employees who participated in the training (this alone is a testimony!). Also in the past we purchased AEDs and the customer service was excellent. This is a great company to work with!
