Square One Medical’s return policy is as follows:
*Any un-opened product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs provided there is no damage and product is not expired or due to expire in 60 days or less.
*Any product received that is leaking or damaged can be returned for full credit provided Square One is contacted within 48 hours of receipt. Determination is made at that time on disposal or return of product.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of customer to return product unless product is damaged upon receipt.
*Return of any item for reasons not mentioned must be approved prior to return by Square One
